How soon should I book my 
signage suite?

How do I book with you?

You should be booking your signage package about 2-3 months in advance of your wedding date, if not sooner. I only take on a certain number of weddings per month and have unique inventory that gets booked fast.

Review the packages and determine which one fits the bulk of your event needs. From there, we can add to it or edit it to make it fit both your vision and budget! Be sure to submit an inquiry form to select a package, leave your contact info, and I’ll reach out to schedule a free consultation! WEDDING PLANNER DISCOUNT

Many vendors like me appreciate the extra layer of communication, coordination, and service that wedding planners provide. That's why I am excited to offer a special discount to brides who book who have contracted with  a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. I only need a seating chart. How do I book that with you?

I want to use my own signs and have you do the handlettering. How does that process work?

Identify that selection when visiting our Shop Page. If you know what collection, rental item, or calligraphy style you’re leaning toward, be sure to share that in the comment box. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll contact you to discuss the details.

This is a popular option! Feel free to source any material you'd like for your signage -- I can even help you determine the size(s) you need to find based on guest count, table count, or your vision for the signage. I'll coordinate a pickup from you between 3-4 weeks ahead of your event for production, and can deliver day-of or coordinate a pickup time with you directly. They'll be yours to keep!

Do I get to choose the style and colors of the calligraphy on my signage? What are my options?

I want my signage to INcorporate illustrations. How do we coordinate that?

While I’m happy to make suggestions, signage is a perfect way to showcase your individual brand or love story! Whether it’s your favorite travel locations as table numbers or a quote from your favorite movie on the welcome sign, all signage can be customized to share messaging of your choice. Include this in your notes on your inquiry form.

What if I see something unique online, can you do it?

I can tackle most any type of illustration from any type of signage or inspiration -- whether it’s a photo of the KC skyline, your venue, or your dog, let’s incorporate it in a fun way for your wedding. If you see a unique feature backdrop or particular type of signage that you like, share it with me and tell me what you like about it. I’ll work with you one-on-one to create a piece that you’ll love.

I need some help with decor in addition to signage, do you provide any decor rentals?

My decor rentals are very limited. Oftentimes rentals can double as opportunities for calligraphy applications (think a tall, glass hurricane vase with table numbers on it, or mirrored centerpiece plates with your event hashtag!).
However, I do have trusted decor vendor partners that offer just about anything you can think of! Please leave a note in your inquiry form if you’re looking for some decor vendors.

How do you accept payment?

I use PayPal to send you secure, convenient, emailed estimates prior to your final quote. Final quotes, also invoiced via a PayPal link, are due before or on your event date in full. I also accept checks. Terms and conditions, including refund availability, will be included in your quote and invoice.

Do you ship? Is that price included? Per Piece? By Suite?

I do not currently ship items by mail. I serve clients in the greater Kansas City, MO metro area and either offer turn-key deliver/set-up/pickup services or coordinate that with you or your wedding planner.

I will set up a brief call or Zoom meeting with you to discuss your event's intended size, style, and features. I can even help you create a vision board for your signage and decor styles. If you don’t know what signage you’ll need exactly, don’t fret. This is a great time to collaborate on budget parameters and key elements that will help guide other event decision-making down the road.

Full Steam Ahead!

Book me for a signage package or a-la-carte signage between 2-3 months in advance of your event date. This will ensure you officially claim that date on my calendar as well as any specific materials or rental pieces from my signage inventory! (Book by visiting my Packages page and filling out a booking form.)

 

About 1-2 months out from your event, we’ll start coordinating (via email or text) the specific pieces, colors, content and calligraphy styles you are looking for. If a seating chart is in the mix, I’ll need your final guest list 2 weeks out from the big day. Then, it’s just logistics of delivery and set-up from there that I'll coordinate with you or your wedding planner!

Operation: Install

Your big day is finally here! Spare your brother, mom and aunts the hassle of setting up the final touches and leave the coordinating to me and your venue coordinator or wedding planner. I offer free delivery, set-up, and next-day pickup within a 15-minute radius of my studio in zip code 64110 (essentially the 435 loop). For locations beyond that, or locations requiring same-day pickup, your final invoice will show a small fee to cover the extra distance and service.
